MIDLOTHIAN COUNCIL IS REVIEWING ITS PROCESSES FOR DISBURSING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS Midlothian Council is reviewing its processes for disbursing grants to organisations. Grants are provided to support a range of organisations across Midlothian in improving the quality of life of local people.  Many of the Council’s grant streams are historical and have evolved over time, with different application forms and criteria.  It is proposed to establish a consistent process for all Council grants.  The Review is looking at the grants process and streams of funding – it will not make decisions on individual grant awards.
