PENICUIK ATHLETIC SPONSORSHIP SEASON 21/22 Penicuik Athletic seek the support of our friends, the local business community, and our supporters as we prepare the start of the new season. Over the next week we will be announcing player comings and goings as manager Tony Begg puts together a squad to challenge in the Central Taxis East of Scotland Premier League, we will be sharing our pre-season fixtures as well as our Season Ticket deals as we prepare to welcome supporters back to Penicuik Park. The first of our announcements relates to Sponsorship, and Commercial Manager Andy Penman says ‘We were fortunate as a club to have the support of Cala Homes as our main sponsor over a ten-year period which saw us achieve league and cup success. We now seek to move on from the ‘Cala’ era, in the realisation that money is tight across the community and the local business sector. As we all seek to recover from the Covid-19 pandemic we will be changing our sponsorship strategy for the new season’. What is the new strategy? - We want to give everyone from individuals to larger businesses an opportunity to have the chance of being a sponsor and supporting the club whether it be as a shirt sponsor, a programme advert, a player sponsor or through pitch side advertising as we go together into the new season. How will we do this? - By paying the entry fee of £100, you will be entered in the prize draw and also receive a Pitchside Advertising Board (worth £200@ 2019 prices) The prizes are: · Home Shirt Sponsor (Front) · Home Shirt Sponsor (Back) · Home Shorts Sponsor · Away Shirt Sponsor (Front) · Away Shirt Sponsor (Back) · Away Shorts Sponsor · First Team Matchday Wear Sponsor · Match Sponsor Package for one game with hospitality for four persons · Full Page Programme ad for the season We also have a new pricing structure for match programme advertising from our last full season with everyone who enters the draw able to take up matchday programme sponsorship at a preferential rate. Anyone taking either a half or full page advert will receive another entry in the draw. The Draw The draw for the above will take place on Wednesday 30th June at 7pm live on our Social Media channels. Entries to the numbered draw will be made on payment of the £100 entry fee and/or purchase of a half or full page programme advert. Entry guarantees every participant in the draw a pitch side advert (8’ x 2’). Individuals who wish to enter the draw may select a business or charity/cause of their own.
