I want to start by saying that my husband and I cannot recommend highly enough the
support and knowledge that Allison provided us. We signed up to The Wise Hippo
Birthing Programme and not only did we benefit from the course which is amazing but it
also enabled us to stop and take time out and see our pregnancy and birth as a whole.
We had already had two children and neither had unfortunately been the births we had
wanted. This was an attempt to regain some of our control and ownership over our
child and their environment and arrival into this world.
The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme helped us to deal with past experiences and get closure on them while also making a very
positive mind set for number three. We again had a very difficult situation with our third when it came to the arrival of our child but
by using the Wise Hippo Birthing Programme techniques and the information that Allison had kindly pointed us in the direction of we
were able to keep some level of control. I will struggle with my births and what could have been but since Allison and Wise Hippo
Birthing Programme, I can know it was not me and not my body but other factors. I would recommend Allison and the services she
provides to anyone who is pregnant. She is extremely easy to talk to about anything related to pregnancy and birth and is very
knowledgeable. She was a massive support before and after our birth and we cannot thank her enough.
