firmly established as a first-choice centre half. Signed from Bonnyrigg Rose ‘A’ in the summer of 2013 and was an integral part
of the Premier League winning side in 2013-14 and a key member of the 2016 Fife & Lothians Cup winning team.
Lewis Barr (Midfielder) - Lewis initially played for Penicuik in 2012/13 on loan from East Fife making the break through to their
first team during the 2013/14 season. Joined Penicuik at the start of 2015-16 in search of regular football and ‘unfinished
business’ and has been an influential midfielder and a part of the 2016 Fife & Lothians Cup winning team. Appointed as vice-
captain for the new season.
Scott McCrory- Irving (Midfielder) – Another summer signing from the Lowland League. Attacking midfielder Scott joined Edinburgh
University two years ago from Spartans U20s and he was a prominent part of their side in last season's Lowland League, notably
scoring a fine free kick against champions East Kilbride Thistle.
Arran joined the Millfield side from Musselburgh Athletic in 2013, making over 100 appearances and winning the South Division in
2015 under Johnny Harvey. Arran also counts Berwick Rangers, Arniston Rangers and Vale of Leithen as his former clubs.
Andrew Forbes (Defender) - A right back who played his youth football with Inverurie Loco Works, and had featured on a
handful of occasions for their Highland League first team before moving south in 2008 to attend Heriot Watt University. He
became a stalwart of Heriot Watt’s East of Scotland League team over seven seasons and earned recognition as a member
of the Scottish Universities select team. Joined Haddington at the start of 2015-16 before heading to Penicuik at the start of

Musselburgh Athletic and Bonnyrigg Rose, averaging nearly 20 goals in each of the last four seasons. Sean has actually pulled
on a Cuikie shirt before, making two substitute appearances as a Trialist during our 2009 League Cup matches. Sean began his
junior career with Haddington Athletic where his goal scoring exploits in the South Division earned him a move to East Fife,
though he found his chances at Methil limited. A move back the Juniors followed with Sean joining Newtongrange Star with whom
he spent two years, before spending a season with Musselburgh Athletic. ‘Jamo’ then moved onto Bonnyrigg Rose at the
beginning of last season, scoring 23 times. Sean’s final goal for Bonnyrigg ironically came against ourselves under a fortnight
ago.

Star. Previously at Musselburgh Athletic, where he reached the Junior Cup Final in 2015, and he previously has also
represented Spartans and Coldstream.
Ross Montgomery (Midfielder) - Ross is described as the prodigal son having returned to play for the so often since making his
debut back in 2007. His sponsor the Penicuik Boomerang Club certainly have got it right as Ross has signed for the club on no
less than ten different occasions. If he had stayed put he would have had a testimonial rather than just a new pen every time he
out pen to paper for the club!
Ryan Baptie (Defender) - 22 year old Ryan began his career in the youth ranks of Hibs all the way up to Under 20s,
before spending a season at Inverness Caledonian Thistle. He then joined Peterhead prior to season 2015/16 and in
his two seasons there Ryan spent time out on loan with both Linlithgow Rose and Broxburn Athletic, helping the latter
to the Fife & Lothians Cup Final last season. Ryan however might be best known for his stunning 35 yard strike for
Linlithgow against Wick Academy in the Scottish Cup which was nominated for Goal of the Tournament.
Lumbert Kateleza (Striker) – Lumbert has signed from neighbours Arniston Rangers during the close season and is a well-known
face to Penicuik supporters, having often been a thorn in our side during our days in the Premier League, and during his time at
Edinburgh United. Lumbert won Arniston's Supporters' Player of the Year award last season and has been linked with a move to
the Super League for a number of seasons. Has notched four goals in preseason with doubles against Whitehill and LTHV.
Craig Reid, defender formerly of SPFL Championship side Livingston. Craig came through the youth ranks at Hibernian, having

Goalkeeper Kyle Allison signed from Kelty Hearts. Kyle first broke through at Cowdenbeath in 2007 before moving up north to
Inverness Caledonian Thistle for two seasons. He returned to Fife for a year with Dunfermline Athletic before moving into the
Juniors with Linlithgow Rose in 2011. A move to Ballingry Rovers followed in 2012 where he spent two seasons. Kelty Hearts
were to be Kyle's next club and in his first season at Kelty, he helped the club to win the East Super League title. He establishes
himself as one of the top keepers in the region before the combination of injury and the emergence of Kyle Marley saw his game
time reduced in last season's title victory for Kelty. Kyle is initially on loan for one month with a view to a permanent move.

born in the 21st century to play for Livingston when he made his debut against Stranraer in March 2017. He spent the first half of
this season on loan at Pumpherston, scoring 8 goals in 13 appearances. Kyle goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s
Midlothian Derby at Newtongrange.
by manager Johnny Harvey in his post match interview on Saturday. Thomas joined East Fife in the summer and has previously
