In the 72nd minute, another great chance fell to Penicuik, but McCallum's shot went high and wide of the goal. However, one minute later, Penicuik got the second goal they richly deserved when Knight and Lister combined well to allow Lister to send over an inch perfect cross from the left wing. PATTERSON headed the ball home into the far left top corner of the net. In the 76th minute, in a rare Dalkeith attack, substitute Hayes had a chance, but headed high over the bar. In the 87th minute, Penicuik attacked up the right wing from where Ross crossed the ball to the front post.
