Martin Cameron and Ross Montgomery have both been transferred to Bonnyrigg Rose. The Club would like to thank them for their services to Penicuik athletic, and wish them well for the future with their new club.
 
Brian Foster and Dean Jones are both out of caontract and are available for transfer. Any interested clubs hould contact the club secretary, Neil Gordon, in the first instance on 07936156451.

Opening fixtures for the new season.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the schedule of friendly matches has been changed. Watch this space for details of any other forthcoming friendlies.
 
1st August - home game against Dundee United - this replaces the away friendly against Auchinleck Talbot that was cancelled  because their opening league fixture was cast for that date.

Our opening league fixtures are as follows:- 29th August - away to Blairgowrie, 5th September - home to Montrose Roselea, 12th Sept - away to Kinnoull, 19th Sept - away to Armadale Thistle.
 
The first round of the East of Scotland Cup has been drawn and we have a home tie against Pumpherston - date to be announced.

Sportsman's Dinner

Penicuik Athletic Sportsman's Dinner took place on Friday 19th June in the Shottstown Miners Welfare Club at 7pm. Over 100 people attended the dinner and were well fed and entertained by the superb guest speakers, Sandy Strang and Willie Young.

Work on the new covered enclosure starts

Work on the new covered enclosure, behind the burn end goal, started on Monday 22nd June when the contractor started to prepare the ground. Work commenced with the digging of the foundations and concrete is expected to be poured within the next couple of days. Keep watching the website for updates and progress.

Season & Travel Tickets

Season Tickets same as last year - Adults £60, Concession £30. This gives entry to all home, league, league cup and friendlies. Also free programme when issued, and discount on club merchandise.

Travel Ticket. The normal cost on club coach is - adults £7, concessions £4. Travel Ticket cost - Adult £40, concessions £20. Travel ticket guarantees seat on all coach trips,minimum of 6 to Blargowrie, Montrose, Carnoustie,St Andrews, Tayport and Forfar. Seat also guaranteed on all away Scottish ties up to 5th Round.
