Tranent 2 Penicuik 3 Tranent:    Adams,    Hawkins    (c),    Jones,    B    Donaldson, McKenzie,   Walker,   Berry,   Black,   MacDonald,   Watson, Barrett Subs:  Miller, Hill, Stirling, Jack Penicuik:    Tait,   Baptie,   Young,   Connolly   (c),   Kateleza, Jones,    Watson,    Tansey,    McCrory-Irving,    Stevenson, Forbes    Subs:        Watt,    O’Donnell,    Page,    Somerville, Ponton Penicuik   returned   to   Forrester   Park   for   the   second   time in   four   days,   this   time   in   the   3rd   round   of   the   Football Nation   EOS   Qualifying   Cup   after   a   heavy   defeat   the previousn   Saturday.   Tranent   again   scored   an   early   goal in   the   8th   minute   when      Penicuik   failed   to   clear   their lines   and   the   ball   broke   to   Bradley   BARRETT   who   fired it   low   into   the   corner,   possibly   via   a   deflection.   In   the 12th   minute,   Tansey   seized   upon   a   loose   free   kick   and fed   Kateleza,   who   shot   over   from   distance.   Then   a   neat one   two   between   Tansey   and   McCrory-Irving   sees   the former    shoot    over.    Penicuik    continued    to    press    and Connolly   won   the   ball   in   the   middle   of   the   park   and   teed up   Tansey   who   forced   a   save   from   Adams.   Penicuik   levelled   the   score   in   the   34th   minute   when   Paul   TANSEY   headed home   off   a   corner   kick.   Minutes   later,   Kateleza   beat   the   offside   trap   and   squared   for   Connolly   who   fired   over.   Then   two goals   in   two   minutes   put   Penicuik   ahead.   First,      In   the   42nd   minute,   Lumbert   KATELEZA   kept   control   in   the   box,   and slotted past Adams, and in the 44th minute Jones and Kateleza combined for JONES to score. Half Time: Tranent 1 Penicuik 3 Into   the   second   half   and   Penicuik   substituted   Kateleza   with   Penicuik   skipper   Somerville   and   in   the   61st   minute,   Tansey won   the   ball,   gave   it   to   Jones   who   played   in   Somerville   who   was   denied   by   Adams.   Shortly   afterwards,Tranent   got   in behind   the   Penicuik   defence,   but   Tait   was   quick   off   his   line   to   make   the   block.   Then   Connolly   picked   out   Somerville   over the   top   and   his   volley   was   parried   by   Adams   then   cleared.   In   the   82nd   minute,   MacDonald   directed   a   header   goalwards but Tait   saved   it,   and   Miller   fired   over   with   an   overhead   kick.   Five   minutes   later,      McCrory-Irving   crossed   low   and   hard   and the ball struckTansey then Adams for a corner. Into injury time and Tranent pull back a goal through MacDONALD . Final Score: Tranent 2 Penicuik 3 .
