Arrangements for our William Hill Scottish Cup tie v Stenhousemuir FC.

Firstly, we look forward to welcoming everyone to Penicuik for our William Hill Scottish Cup 2nd Round tie, and our first ever meeting with Stenhousemuir. We hope all visitors, regular and new, highly enjoy their visit to Penicuik Park and we hope the following information will make your experience easier. Access to Penicuik As you will be able to see on the attached map graphic, we will be operating our usual three entrances to the ground. Gates 1 & 2 (High School end and John Street entrances) will be ticket only. We recommend all with tickets to use these gates as much as possible to ensure smooth entry to the match. Gate 3 (The main gate) will facilitate both ticket and cash entry. The availability of pay at the gate (PATG) tickets will be restricted in line with our ground capacity regulations and will be first come first served. We would also advise those wishing to enter by this gate that no direct access is available from the High School end path and you will need to come in from the other side of the Rugby Club. When we reach the suitable safety capacity there will be no further tickets sold and no further entry will be allowed. All gates will open at 1pm with kickoff at 2:30pm. Those with hospitality tickets are to arrive at 12:45 for entry at 1pm. Ticket sales Any tickets ordered online must be collected at Penicuik Park between 10am and 12 Noon on Saturday. Facilities Pavilion o Access to the pavilion is restricted to players, management, match officials and club officials. Toilets o There will be no access to male and female toilets within the Pavilion area. o There will be portable male and female toilets within the ground located at the John Street entrance (Gate 2) o Access to our regular toilet facilities will be restricted to our accessible toilet only. Food o Our new pie hut will be open within the ground o No access to the pavilion pie hut will be allowed. Accessible viewing area o Our new accessible viewing area will be available for those who require it o It is located to the left of the main gate (3). Hospitality o Our hospitality marquee will be located at the High School End. o Access to the marquee is by ticket only. Emergency Exits o In the event of an emergency which gives cause to leave Penicuik Park, our emergency locations are marked on the attached map. o They are located at each of the three entry gates with an additional one to the left of the dugouts. TV o While the match will not be broadcast live, there will be representatives from PenicuikAthTV, Stenhousemuir and the SFA filming Regulations We would ask that all attending the match make themselves familiar with our policies which are all available at http://jamesdickscotland.tripod.com/pafc20/policies.htm to ensure an enjoyable safe environment and atmosphere. Our Unacceptable Conduct Policy and Ground Regulations are also printed in our match programme and are on display within Penicuik Park. The use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited and we would also remind everyone that there is no access to the pitch, please stay in the stands and enjoy the match. Parking We would advise everyone travelling by car that there is no car park at Penicuik Park so please be courteous and respectful of our neighbours and ensure there is no double parking. The Local Police will be monitoring the situation. Also in line with Police Advice, we would ask that there is no parking on Bog Road.
