Calder

a
youngster
before
moving
to
Airdrieonians
in
2013.
A
year
later
he
joined Tynecastle, where he has been since.
Scott McCrory- Irving (Midfielder) – Another summer signing from the Lowland League. Attacking midfielder Scott joined Edinburgh
University two years ago from Spartans U20s and he was a prominent part of their side in last season's Lowland League, notably
scoring a fine free kick against champions East Kilbride Thistle.

He

‘junior’
at
Haddington
in
summer
2015.
The
midfielder
followed
the
manager
from
Haddington
last
summer.
He
made
almost
twenty
appearances before heading off around the world on his travels. He’s now back and searching for fitness!

Sam Jones (Midfielder) - Sam joined on loan from Berwick Rangers just before Christmas last year having joined
Berwick at the beginning of the season from Loanhead Miners Welfare. Prior to that, Sam had spent time with Hibs and
Hutchison Vale. Sam was captain of the Berwick Rangers ‘Development’ side last season and was Player of the Year.
Having left Berwick at the end of the season Sam signed a permanent deal at Penicuik.

Ryan Baptie (Defender) - 22 year old Ryan began his career in the youth ranks of Hibs all the way up to Under 20s,
before spending a season at Inverness Caledonian Thistle. He then joined Peterhead prior to season 2015/16 and in
his two seasons there Ryan spent time out on loan with both Linlithgow Rose and Broxburn Athletic, helping the latter
to the Fife & Lothians Cup Final last season. Ryan however might be best known for his stunning 35 yard strike for
Linlithgow against Wick Academy in the Scottish Cup which was nominated for Goal of the Tournament.

our

Lumbert
won
Arniston's
Supporters'
Player
of
the
Year
award
last
season
and
has
been
linked
with
a
move
to
the Super League for a number of seasons. Has notched four goals in preseason with doubles against Whitehill and LTHV.
We are delighted to confirm the loan signing of striker Kyle Sampson, from SPFL Championship side Livingston. Kyle signed his
first professional contract with Livi back in 2016, having previously spent time in the youth ranks. Kyle became the first player
born in the 21st century to play for Livingston when he made his debut against Stranraer in March 2017. He spent the first half of
this season on loan at Pumpherston, scoring 8 goals in 13 appearances. Kyle goes straight into the squad for tomorrow’s
Midlothian Derby at Newtongrange.

Wayne
has
been
a
prolific
goal
scorer
over
the
years,
often
claiming
top
scorer
over
the
course
of
a
season.
In
2006,
at
the
age
of
21,
Wayne
joined
Whitehill
Welfare
for
the
first
time,
scoring
35
goals
over
two
seasons,
winning
the
East
of
Scotland
League
in
his
second
season
at
Ferguson
Park.
He
then
moved
into
the
Juniors
with
a spell at Arniston Rangers before enjoying spells at Lothian Thistle and Tynecastle before returning to Whitehill in 2011.

becoming

signing

Jordan

Dalkeith

March

City,
where
he

of
the
side
that
won
promotion
to
the
SPFL
alongside
John
MacDonald.
He

Cordery,
