Marco Righetti 6 of us came in at 10pm one Friday night after town hall event....staff where exceptionally nice and very patient in helping us to order ... the food was first class...my wife said her dish was too spicey... (mild to me!).. .so 3 times they brought out a less spicey dish!... would definitely go back!!!!!! We always receive a warm and friendly welcome and the food is always delicious with generous servings. The last couple of times we have gone along for the Sunday buffet which is excellent value for money with as much as you can eat with coffee thrown in for a very reasonable set rate. However, it doesn't matter when you go as the high quality is always maintained. We have also been along for the Thursday "tapas" night, various evenings and even on Christmas day and have always enjoyed the experience. We stopped for the special lunch £6.95, which included starter, main course and either ice cream or coffee. The pakora starter is probably one of the tastiest I have ever had, I had a chicken Bhuna and again this could not be faulted. The chef asked if the meal was enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, friendly staff and t the meal was very good indeed. Most definitely I would return to this establishment. “Simply Fantastic!” Rob F Clippers specializes in Indian food--and what wonderful food it is. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is fantastic--the best Indian food that I have ever eaten! Portions are very generous and the prices are quite reasonable. The interior of the restaurant is very nice. Highly recommended! Jack Dryden A wonderful Indian Restaurant and Takeaway tucked away upstairs on the first floor. The food is fantastic, especially the Shashlik Kebab served on a sizzling hot plate. Well worth a visit.
