The Tandoori is a beehive
shaped, top opening
earthen oven, filled with
charcoal. In it we roast or
bake various marinated
meats, seafood,
vegetables and breads.
Tandoori foods are
marinated in mildly spiced
yoghurt. They are low in
calories, nutritious,
delicious and easily
digested.
All tandoori dishes are
